Beyond Limitations
Neurofeedback, Wilmington, North Carolina
Our Story
Be You Neurofeedback was born from a deeply personal mission: to provide hope, understanding, and innovative solutions for individuals and families seeking mental clarity. Recognizing that traditional approaches can often fall short, we created a sanctuary of support that goes beyond symptom management—we focus on empowering individuals to unlock their unique potential. Our approach is rooted in the transformative power of neurofeedback, a cutting-edge technology that offers a non-invasive, drug-free pathway to brain optimization. We believe every individual regardless of their neurological differences, deserves personalized care that supports them in returning to a healthier version of themselves.
I'm Mallory Padgett
Certified Brain Trainer
As a mother who has navigated the challenging landscapes of raising children with anxiety, ADHD, autism, and speech delays, I discovered the remarkable impact neurofeedback can have on transforming lives. My journey with my own children, coupled with a background in education, has inspired me to create Be You Neurofeedback. Our mission is to offer hope, innovative support, and state-of-the-art brain training to adults and children who are seeking meaningful interventions. I invite you to reach out, share your story, and let's explore how we can support your unique journey.

Meet Our Team
Meet Caroline Mayberry, MSc
Co-Owner, Life Coach & Brain Trainer

I came to neurofeedback the way many of my clients do: looking for something different after burnout pushed me past what I knew could help. The change I experienced is what convinced me this work belonged at the center of my practice, not the edges of it.
I hold an MSc in Addiction Studies with a neuroscience focus from King's College London, and the same question that started my studies is what eventually brought me to neurofeedback: what makes change possible?
At Be You, I work with people of all ages, with a special affinity for high performers running on empty, highly sensitive adults, veterans and military families, and people building on the work they're already doing elsewhere. What connects them is a sense that something in the nervous system isn't settling, and a willingness to try a different approach. If that's where you are, I'd love to hear what's bringing you here.
